An Autumn Elopement Wedding To Remember

From the Autumn Leaves of Arrowtown To a Snow Capped Glacier – Emma + Geoff’s Elopement Day

Before I even start to tell you about Emma and Jeffs’s elopement day, can we all please take a minute to appreciate the dress! I instantly fell madly in love with the sparkling, long, golden gown that Emma wore!

Emma and Jeff originally met at work and after a year of dating, they moved to London together. They love traveling together, being outdoors, and exercising side by side. They moved home and decided that an elopement was right for them.

This truly was an elopement day like no other. I love how different and special every elopement is but this one pulled out all the stops.

They got ready in Millbrook with Emma’s parents before we went for a walk down the beautiful tree-lined road at sunrise for some stunning early morning light photos. Emma’s sparkling gold gown stole the show and her red and white florals were the perfect match.

Next, we headed to heliworks for their pre-wedding photos on a glacier. It was fresh and snowy up there with Emma rocking a denim jacket, and Jeffs’s arms, of course, to keep her warm. We played country music and drank champagne before jumping back in the helicopter for our second location.

The sunshine greeted us in Earnslaw Burn and we warmed up as we explored this exclusive one-of-a-kind location with its epic snow-capped mountains all around.

Then it was time for the ceremony so we headed back down to earth.

Emma and Jeff had chosen to have their ceremony in beautiful Arrowtown, under the trees by the Arrow River, which meant that we had so many amazing different looks for their wedding photography.

Emma’s parents acted as the witnesses as the couple said ‘I do’ under the trees.

Now I know what you are thinking, “oh wow that sounds like the most perfect day”. But Emma and Jeff weren’t finished yet! They also bought a house on their wedding day and cemented their happily ever after in Queenstown New Zealand.

Congratulations Emma and Jeff!
